What we collect

Shop owners who fill in our form give us their shop name, city, contact details and answers about their shop. Consignors who send an item through a shop's link give us their name, phone and/or e-mail, item details and photos.

What we use it for

Shop answers help us decide what to build and let us contact you about the pilot. Consignor submissions are shown only to the shop they were sent to, so that shop can reply. We don't sell or rent anyone's information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Item photos and details are visible only through the shop's private inbox link. We use Cloudflare to host the site and store data, and Resend to send e-mails. They process data only to provide those services.

How long we keep it

We keep pilot data while the shop uses Consignyard. When a shop leaves the pilot, we delete its submissions and photos within 30 days. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
